Procrastination – we all do it

During one of the educational meetings I went to this
week I heard a story that went like this;

The first thing you should do in the morning is to eat
a live frog. And why in the world would you do that?

If you do this, nothing else during the day will even
compare to be as bad. Conclusion of the story?

Do the worst things first during the day. That way,
you won’t have those things nagging in the back of your
mind. Just do it, and enjoy the rest of your day. Can you
imagine how easy it will be after those first few hours
that you spent doing all of the things you like the least?

Plan and prioritize, make sure to never put things on
hold. It can either be at work, with your spouse or in
any other of your relationships, the gym, healthy food
etc. There are too many excuses in our life that we simply
make up in our minds.

If you just do it without thinking, it will be so much easier
and by not over-analyzing things, you will also be so much
more carefree.

Doesn’t that sound just great?

Have you ever been in a situation where you needed to
confront someone about something or you just had something
that needed to be said but you put it off such a long time that
eventually, it was too late? PROCRASTINATION.

It is one of the worst things we do - and we all do it.

Homework, assignments at work, connections to make,
things to sell or just a date to set for something.

What are you waiting for? Your time is precious and if you
have goals and dreams that you are working towards, you
better eliminate all of those lame excuses and make it work!

Good Luck!

do it now
