To be thankful

You are the one that decides if you’re having a good day or not.
You can either see the bright side of things or choose to be negative.

See the benefits for the environment when the rain is pouring down.
See your car breaking down as a good thing since you might get some
exercise out of the situation.

When you feel stressed out, sit down for a few minutes, take a couple of
deep breaths and think about the good things in your life. The sun might
be shining or you might have some exciting plans this weekend.

Be positive, smile and remember how amazing your life is and how lucky
you are to be alive. Be happy that you are you!
